My game guard was doing that last week and after a few times of trying I just left and then the next day I went back on it and it started working so I have no idea how to fix it. My advice, just leave it for a few hours or until tomorrow.

Also when I try to open the launcher, the launcher does not appear, only a message with Taiwanese characters, launcher, and more Taiwanese characters.
