Skay ... sorry for bothering you again ... i did lv41 and i have a green icon in the left corner of the screen, i clicked it and now i have a quest to kill 30 monsters and i dont know where to find them ... the green icon also tels me that the boss will apear at 100% ... what to do pls

can i ask you something ? in order to find the dragon balls , i must fight monsters with the same lv as mine ? i just did lv.40 ... or any kind of monsters ?
i have 6 dragon balls but the six'th one is actually the 2nd star db so yeah i have a double but i really wanna know if i must fight monsters with the same lv as mine ^^
