is it easier to find the dragon balls at a low lvl or what can someone answer me

it is eaisy in lower lvl because u can hunt in mobs 5 or more lvls up than you , the more the mob higher lvl is it raises the chance on getting db but

when you are at higher lvl it is hard to find , kill , hunt at mob that is lvl 5 or more up than you

nope not any more i think they dropped the rate of the db drops
i hunted for like 5 min and i got 2 dbs last 2 weeks
then i hunt for like 3 hrs and killed like 50 db mobs that are like 4 to 5 lvls higher than me
and nothing man
