how do i broadcast on live streams?

Go to www.livestream.com, register then download the Livestream Podcast and then open up the game you wanna stream and then open Livestream Podcast and press CTRL + F1.. Your channel for people to watch the streaming is www.livestream.com/<YourAccountNameHere>

for those whom ARE using this,
does this lag ur game or ur computer performance at all?
