With their new update they said that CD % won't affect HTB skills anymore.
So therefore there won't be any lame HTB spamming.

Would be nice if they add CD% on other skills. If that happens i see plasma majin's winning budokai 21CD% on earings + 30% buff and CD% on glasses 10 is max i think that's 82CD% D:
But ye i'd love my transformation to be around 30-40 min.

cd going down to max 54-56% if u have more it does no work
