Did you not read his first post? The whole problem is he wants people to play with who speaks english, not to go off to an empty wasteland filled with Koreans. He would be better off quitting HK and playing TW on server 2 if he wants people to play with.
Also I would not blame the community, you should blame yourself for playing HK NintenZero. I voice chat with 7 or more people each day while I play DBO, you just need to find a good friend group.

OK, so I started playing this game quite some time ago, and I was loving every minute of it. But as I got into it, I noticed some of the inequalities and the way Interaction is done between players. I had a lvl 60 Spiritualist, but I never got into a Guild, nor talked to anyone. This ALWAYS bothered me, because every time I play another MMORPG I socialize, have friends, and usually get into a some kind of in-game community, or a Guild. I feel that one of the most important parts of the game is socialization, so I made a new character. I deleted my game and made a new one, but as you can guess I attempted to help other English and Chinese players this time, but I had a no response from either player groups. Eventually I came to a conclusion; DBO's online's community sucks, for me in the most part. I still have new lvl 10 character and everything, but i'm a little done with the heartless community, so what should I do folks?

you can hope to find other people such as yourself and find a good guild.
or
you can just not play and save yourself the time, honest it depends on how bad you want it. |

Mate i would just say no , dont quit you just have to talk more and make friends , though you can start a new ver of DBO most of guyz say DBO kr sux , haha but beilieve me they know its better than any other version left , and many people of TW moved to KR english community in KR is starting to flew up ,and there everything is friendly , KR are very good with as , though at TW is full of Wars , mate my suggestion is , Start Korean version and dont hear any other

Which version did you play? If its Hong Kong/ Korea it would explain everything.

10 people is not impressive and TW has many more people play each day in their guild. |
