Humans first transformation was great ape and second super sayian (or maybe just add sayains as a race)
Namekians first would be fuse with kami and second would be great namekian
Buu first would be super buu and second would be kid buu
Sayians won't be a playble race mostly because they're too over powered that they'd cause a contradiction to the manga if they have to nerf them to be balanced with the other races or just be op'd that the other races don't matter.
Also our characters can't become full Sayians one thing, is that in the story the dragon balls whe use are actually weaker and limited than the ones in the series and the manga it self (Which is why no one is able to wish to take over the world or anything.) So it most likely can't change you to a 100% Sayians. And the reason why Humans can use the dragon balls to use ssj is because they have part sayian blood enough compared to Full Humans that being a Super Sayian is possible.
Now for transoframations, they might get Ascended ssj or Ultra Ssj or Full-Power ssj before ssj2
But comparing majin to humans already contradicts the manga and it shouldn't even be possible for humans to get super sayain in the manga only sayain and half sayains(half human half sayain) could get it and they didn't by wishing for it. And ascended ssj is ssj 2
