So i started playing again few days ago, i lost my old account, and i started new one.
So far im level 20, and i wished Tier 1 Dbs, but i didnt get db radar. So far i got one tier 2 db that i found when someone forgot to pick it up, but i dont have radar. Also, i cant open scouter with "U".

Why isnt web depot giving stuff now?

you need to buy scouter from any scouter shop to show dbs (it has to have 2 effects) and for the web depot: wasabii doesn't give anything because they're out of money

Dude, u cant because the scouter chips were removed, scouters have effects now, so to buy a DB detectable scouter, u need to buy Red one in Korin Village, ofcourse there are others that detect Dbs, but not the default one.

With the new scouter you no longer need to equip chips or use T to view someones powerlevel.

Yes, buy one in kroin villiage then look for them, i found all tier 2 balls when i was a kid at lvl 20 and now i have 5 and im lvl 34 so yeah.
