What exactly do they do? I put on a ring, necklace or earring and see nothing change on my Character Window. Do they do anything at all? How do I know which one to put on to get the best benefit?

they do alot of things.

From what I've seen, majority of rings/neck/earring give a % reduction in poison, bleeding, abdominal pain, confusion, fear, and paralysis duration. Also, some accessories increase LP or EP regeneration while sitting. There may be some other stats at higher levels but these are the only ones I've seen so far and I'm lvl 42.

I have yet to see any attack speed or cooldown reduction acc. would bosses drop those?
