If you want to meet more english speaking people your best bet is to join an english speaking guild.

the two main guilds were Zlegends and Nemesis but they joined to make a new +40 guild so your best bet is to join Excision thats where all the under 40 seem to be going (including me)

you get into guild by private messaging one of the leads if you look around the forums you can find the recruitment threads
