hi..i have a problem!

I followed step by step this guide http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6339

but in step 4 does not appear the quest on indian!
I tried to abandon the quest, but to no result!help

You already did it or you missed a step if you know that you didn't miss a step then skip whatever you have to do now because you already did it.
