i want detailed info on this type of dmg. what stats can i boost to help this dmg, like str for matk. what type of def does it hit edef or mdef? can it crit? if so how do i boost it's crit% chance/dmg?

It's increased by both M attack and E attack. Thats why it is also increased by property.
