The level limit for this OB is 38 right?...so how am i going to be a super saiyan?..coz according to the skill tree..super saiyan will be at lvl 40 right?

Anyone knows about wipe after OB ? I mean, did mods already announced that they will wipe our charas or not ? or maybe someone knows such a infos from any other sources?.
